think your story is amazing. My name is Michele. I'm 32 and have
4 kids. I had my first back surgery when I was 19. I've done everything
in my power to avoid anymore problems: exercising, staying thin, regular
chiro visits. But, needless to say it wasn't enough.
the last couple of years (since my last baby) everything has gone
down hill, going from intermittent problems to constant and more acute.
I now can hardly do anything and feel like I'm getting weaker all
and cant do the exercises it takes to strengthen my back muscles. Basically
for the last 8 months I hardly go anywhere.
Since my discogram a few days ago, my doctor told me I'm no longer eligible
for an ADR since 3 discs are bad, my old discectomy on level L3-L4, and
of course fusion of all is not a good alternative. So, I've basically
been left with more meds. and more PT. Yippy!
I had lost all hope until I found this site. I don't even know if its
possible for me, but at least thers a glimmer of hope to hold on to.
Do you have any suggestions on what steps I should take next? And if
this is a possibility for me, could you give me a ballpark guess as to
the cost of it? I know I can't afford it but I know can't afford not
